How we use your information
- To contact you about your apartment search and send you matching listings, pricing and specials.
- To schedule tours and help with applications and leases at your request.

When we share information

- With apartment communities and their management companies when you ask us to schedule a tour or submit an application, so they can register you as our client.

Text messages (SMS)
If you check the box agreeing to receive text messages, RLC Realty may text you about your apartment search. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using our services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

- Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Data security and retention
